Call Centers Around the Globe
Live voice call interviews by trained survey enumerators allow you to reach any population that has access to a mobile phone, even those who are illiterate and do not have internet access. GeoPoll administers voice call surveys through our own Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) mobile application, which is specifically built for use in emerging markets and includes features such as offline capabilities and remote progress tracking.
GeoPoll oversees more than 60 call centers in Africa, Asia, and Latin America and is experienced in rapidly opening new call centers in order to respond quickly to fast-moving situations such as natural disasters, disease outbreak, or conflict. During the COVID-19 outbreak, we have transitioned all of our CATI call centers to operate remotely.
