As you may know, GeoPoll pays you for completing specific tasks and surveys. When you complete SMS and Mobile Web surveys (where you get a link, click and fill a survey on the website), your mobile airtime payment is instantly processed after you complete the task.
On the GeoPoll App, though, every paid task you complete adds to your GeoPoll credit, cumulatively, that you see right on your main App page.

So, you’ve earned your GeoPoll credit… how do you redeem it?
Your GeoPoll credit is the actual money you have earned on GeoPoll. You can view your Earning History by clicking on “My Earnings” in your App menu, or tapping your credit balance on the home page.
To redeem, click the ” $ Redeem” Button. Note that there are minimum amounts that qualify you to redeem that depend on the country you are in and your preferred option.
Here are the options to redeem your credit:
1. Airtime
GeoPoll has partnered with mobile providers across the world. So, you can redeem airtime to your registered mobile phone number in all the markets we are active in.
The minimum limit to redeem airtime is mostly about the equivalent of USD 0.50, although it could be higher or less depending on your mobile network provider.
As mentioned earlier in this article, SMS and Mobile web surveys are paid for immediately after you complete the survey, as mobile airtime, so there are no limits.
2. PayPal
If you live in South Africa or Trinidad & Tobago, you have the option of redeeming your GeoPoll credit using the online payments provider, PayPal.
To use this option, you need to have an existing PayPal account (email address).
Soon, PayPal will be an option for all our App users across the world – so keep your PayPal account ready. 🙂
M-Pesa
The M-Pesa mobile money service is the most-used option of redeeming GeoPoll credit via the App in Kenya. As long as your registered GeoPoll number is a Safaricom one, you can choose M-Pesa.
The minimum limit to withdraw via M-Pesa is KSh. 100. Normal M-Pesa rates apply.

We fulfill all redemption requests immediately, but sometimes, depending on the carrier (network), it may take up to 48 hours to receive your money. In case you have problems, feel free to talk to Support.
