Responsibilities.

  • Making Calls to Respondents in South Sudan Country.
  • Maintain daily check-in calls and meetings with CATI Supervisor.
  • Attend project and operations training held by GeoPoll Project Managers.
  • Communicate project updates through meetings, email, and WhatsApp.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) or Call Centers.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Should be fluent in one of the South Sudan languages. They are Juba Arabic, Eastern Nuer, Eastern Dinka, or Dinka Rek,
  • Extremely self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and develop other team members.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in confidential matters.
  • Enjoys a fun, dynamic and challenging work environment within a start-up culture.
  • Should be living within Nairobi and its environs.
  • Should have access to Android smartphones to use for calling. GeoPoll will provide airtime for calling.
