About the Position
GeoPoll is currently exploring a proposal opportunity in Mozambique related to a large-scale beneficiary registration and social protection registry update exercise linked to a national government system.
We are seeking a short-term specialist with deep experience in social registries, beneficiary targeting, and government registry systems to support technical design and proposal development.
This role would involve advising on:
- Social protection beneficiary registration frameworks
- National social registry systems and MIS integration
- Data governance and registry validation workflows
- Beneficiary targeting and enrollment processes
- Operational design for large-scale household registration exercises
Preferred experience:
- Direct experience with national social registries or social protection systems
- Work with government ministries, World Bank, or other development partners
- Experience supporting beneficiary registration or enrollment exercises
- Familiarity with large-scale household data collection operations
This would be a short-term advisory engagement supporting proposal preparation and technical design.
