Study Details: Measuring The Impacts Of COVID-19 On Household Welfare In South Asia
We are currently conducting a regional survey for the World Bank in South Asia. The mobile phone survey documents the recent experiences of 42,000 respondents regarding their work and access to health services and basic necessities. Countries covered are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. The survey is designed to gain insights to inform policy responses to combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in one of the most densely populated regions of the world and characterized by poor and inadequate health and safety net systems.
