About this Job

GeoPoll, the company with the world’s largest mobile survey platform operating in emerging markets, is seeking consultants to work as CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interview) interviewers for various projects conducted in Latin America and the Caribbean. This position will be responsible for conducting remote telephone interviews using an Android smartphone and headphones.

Key Responsibilities

CATI Surveys

  • Initiate phone calls to potential respondents
  • Enter survey responses into the company’s CATI application
  • Manage samples and call sheets for conducting surveys.
  • Adhere to ethics, standards, and best research practices defined by the company when conducting surveys
  • Comply with the company’s survey quality control and monitoring standards.

Team Coordination

  • Hold daily meetings with the CATI supervisor
  • Attend training sessions for project initiation and participate in trainings involving the company’s operations team
  • Communicate project updates through meetings, email, and WhatsApp

Additional Requirement

Applicants must:

  • Have an Android smartphone
  • Be eligible to work in their country of residence.

Team Reporting Structure

The position will report to GeoPoll’s local CATI Supervisor in Panama.
